Balance Through the Day

We often miss meals when we’re in a hurry or we aren’t hungry. One of the best ways to keep a healthy weight is to eat 3 meals each day and to limit snacking between meals. If you eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you will be on your way to a healthy weight. That will lower your chance of getting diabetes during pregnancy.

It’s very common to skip breakfast. Often, we’re hungrier in the evening because we didn’t eat enough during the day. Sometimes, we eat more than we should in the evening as a result. This is not healthy for you. It also isn’t healthy for your baby if you are pregnant.
