Physical Activity Goals
It’s best to be physically active for at least 30 minutes every day. You don’t have to do all 30 minutes at once. For example, you might go for a 10-minute walk/jog and then dance with your friends for 20 minutes later in the day. Being active and moving more takes planning. It’s your choice how you “Fit-It-In” to your day.
